%X This dataset is the active layer data of permafrost in Wuli, Yushu Prefecture, Qinghai Province from 1999 to 2006, which records soil temperature data at different depths in detail. Soil temperature (℃) represents soil temperature, while water (%) represents soil moisture. The data is measured by the deployed active layer observation probes, and the raw data is obtained through data acquisition and manually collected and organized.
