This dataset is derived from the research results on economic damage caused by permafrost degradation in the Qinghai Tibet Plateau, published in Communications Earth & Environment in 2022 (DOI: 10.1038/s43247-022-00568-6). It includes raster data of future permafrost risk levels in the Qinghai Tibet Plateau with a spatial resolution of 1km, as well as raw statistical data corresponding to Figure 2, Figure 3, and Figure 4 of the paper.
