This data records the number of benthic diatom cells in the intertidal zone of the Great Wall Bay in Antarctica in January 1995. The 11th China Antarctic Expedition to the Southern Ocean is mainly focused on the implementation of the "Pre research on the Investigation and Development of Southern Ocean krill Resources" project in the "Eighth Five Year Plan for Antarctic Expedition Scientific Research", combined with the study of climate and environmental evolution and modern environmental background since the late Pleistocene Sedimentary sampling work in the project. Conduct a comprehensive marine survey of the Prydz Bay and its adjacent waters, and make full use of conditions to conduct marine observations during the voyage. The 11th team was the first expedition of the "Snow Dragon" to the Antarctic region. The data is organized, stored, and published by the China North and South Pole Data Center.
