本数据集为该站2019年6月至8月的气象半小时观测数据。木斯岛冰川草原站气象观测场位于位于阿勒泰山南麓，萨吾尔山北部，距离木斯岛冰川北侧6 km，新疆阿勒泰地区吉木乃县正南39 km处的高山区气象综合观测场附近。场区符合地面气象观测场建设规范要求。

Data source description

该数据集为仪器自动观测，气温使用HC2S3传感器获得，精度为 ±0.1 ℃（23 ℃）架设高度为2.1 m，下行的短波辐射使用CNR4传感器获取，精度为±10 %（-40 ℃～80 ℃）架设高度为2m，严格按照国家气象局地面气象观测规范要求进行观测，时间分辨率为逐时。
