Keketuohai Cryosphere Observation and Research Station (hereinafter referred to as "Keketuohai Station"), located in Keketuohai Town, Fuyun County, Xinjiang, was founded in August 2011 and entered the field station construction sequence of State Key Laboratory of Cryosphere Science in 2020. Up to now, Koktokay Station has formed a systematic field observation network covering the source area of the two rivers in the Altay Mount Taishan Mountains, mainly monitoring snow cover and frozen soil.
