On December 14, 2025, the performance evaluation and acceptance meeting for the national key R & D plan "Key Technologies and Applications of Frozen Big Data Mining and Analysis" project was successfully held in Lanzhou.

The meeting invited Researcher Ma Juncai of the Institute of Microbiology, China Academy of Sciences, Researcher Liao Fangyu of the Computer Network Information Center, China Academy of Sciences, Professor Ren Jingli of Zhengzhou University, Researcher Kang Shichang of the Chengdu Institute of Mountain Disaster and Environment, Ministry of Water Resources, China Academy of Sciences, Professor Dong Zhibao of Shaanxi Normal University, Professor Niu Fujun of Shanghai Normal University, Researcher Wang Wei of the Institute of Software, China Academy of Sciences, Director Chen Jian of the Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, China Academy of Sciences, Li Gang, deputy director of the Institute of Modern Physics, China Academy of Sciences, and nine experts formed a review team, with researcher Ma Juncai as the team leader. About 70 people attended the meeting, including Liao Jie, Deputy Director of the Scientific Research Department of the Northwest Institute of Ecological, Environmental Resources, China Academy of Sciences, Shi Shaojun, Deputy Director of the Finance Department, Wang Lijun, Chief of the Office Tan Mingliang Archives, Gansu Maoyuan Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. and project backbones.

The four project leaders reported on the completion of project indicators, outstanding progress and innovation points, main achievements and highlights, organization management and implementation, etc., and conducted systematic demonstrations on site. The expert group fully affirmed the research work of each project, believed that each project had achieved the expected goals and completed the predetermined assessment indicators, agreed to pass the performance evaluation, and put forward corresponding suggestions.

Researcher Zhang Yaonan, chief of the project, said in his concluding speech that in accordance with the relevant opinions of the expert group, the materials should be improved and submitted in a timely manner to ensure that the project successfully passes the acceptance.
