The cosmic noise receiver is used to observe the absorption of cosmic noise in the D layer of the ionosphere. It can monitor the absorption of cosmic noise in the range of 300 × 300 km. This data is recorded on the Mo disk. The data records shall be made in duplicate. According to the scientific cooperation agreement signed by polar research institutes of China and Japan, China and Japan shall keep one copy respectively. This data set is the measurement data of 1999 imager cosmic noise receiver at Zhongshan station, Antarctica, China.
