A 67.5cm long core of Y2 Lake in Adelaide Island, Antarctica, was collected from the 16SrDNA sequence of the sediments of Adelaide Island, Antarctica, during the china-15 expedition, The results of cluster analysis showed that the element standard combination of this soil includes 9 elements, such as P, s, Sr, Ba, Cu, Zn, Se, Ca and F.
