From April 2018 to August 2018, the temperature and moisture data of the right bank downstream of No.1 Branch of menqiangou of Jiangjiagou were collected. Data include equipment voltage (in volts) at three observation points, moisture content (in percentage) and temperature (in Centigrade) at 10 cm, 20 cm and 30 cm of section at each observation point
