This data set includes the annual and quarterly average temperature, the characteristic value of the average temperature of each meteorological station in Central Asia (number of meteorological stations, time range: year): Kazakhstan (271848-2003), Kyrgyzstan (331879-2003), Tajikistan (461881-2003), Uzbekistan (641875-2003) and Turkmenistan (121883-2003) When it happened.

The quarterly data is obtained by averaging the monthly data observed manually.
