The Great Wall Station, built on February 20, 1985, is located on King George Island, South Shetland Islands. Its geographical coordinates are: 62° 12:59 s, 58° 57:52 s W. 59 seconds, 58 degrees west longitude 57 minutes 52 seconds. This data set is the data of chlorophyll and nutrients in the intertidal zone of Antarctica from 1999 to 2000. Chlorophyll is a kind of green pigment in higher plants and all other photosynthetic organisms. Marine nutrients, including active silicate, active phosphate and nitrate, nitrite and ammonium salt, are the most important mineral salts that affect phytoplankton production and are ingested by phytoplankton. Nutrients generally refer to inorganic nitrogen, phosphorus and silicon in seawater.
