The annual total and average net primary productivity (NPP) of different ecosystems in Heihe River Basin from 1998 to 2002 were estimated by using the model C-FIX, the remote sensing data of spot / vegetation with high spatial-temporal resolution, the global grid meteorological reanalysis data and the land use map of Heihe River Basin.
The key parameter for C-FIX model, fAPAR, is calculated by using spot vegetation NDVI (ten day maximum synthesis) data product with resolution of one kilometer every ten days from 1998 to 2002 provided by ctiv
The daily temperature and total radiation of Heihe River Basin from 1998 to 2002 were obtained by using the global 1.5 °× 1.5 ° grid day by day meteorological data products from the Meteorological Office of France.
It includes the spatial distribution pattern of annual NPP accumulation and the seasonal NPP dynamic map of Heihe River Basin. The spatial resolution of this data is 1km.
