Datasets description

This data set is the observation data set of glacier surface velocity under the confluence of Laohugou 12 glacier obtained through field investigation. The specific operation mode is to use steam drill to implant flower pole on the glacier surface, and to obtain the glacier surface velocity data by observing the depth change of flower pole inside the glacier. The data can be used to obtain the movement of glacier surface, the material balance of glacier and the state and change of relevant parameters. Collection time: August 31, 2009 to February 1, 2010
