Datasets description

The methane and nitrous oxide concentrations in different Ecotope of the Southwest Pole, including penguin Ghetto, seal gathering area, skua Ghetto dung and common tundra soil, were observed, and nearly 400 concentration data were obtained respectively. The methane and nitrous oxide concentrations in Tuanjie Lake and Wolongtan marsh wetlands in Zhongshan Station, Antarctica were observed, and about 400 methane and nitrous oxide concentration data were obtained respectively. This dataset is the greenhouse gas observation data of lakes and wetlands in Southeast Antarctica from 2005 to 2006 during China's 22nd Antarctic Expedition
