This data is the measured data of soil profile moisture content of farmland and surrounding soil under three times irrigation in Daman irrigation area of Heihe River Basin. According to the characteristics of the selected field and its surrounding area, a trime tube is arranged in the corn field, and another three trime tubes are arranged in the direction perpendicular to the field path. When TDR is used to monitor the soil moisture content in the vertical direction, it is monitored downward in the unit of 10 cm. It is located in the farmland of Daman irrigation district. The data include the soil moisture content (TDR) of the farmland and its surrounding soil after three times of irrigation in Yingke irrigation district. After irrigation, the monitoring is intensive. One group is monitored every three hours within 24 hours, three groups every day for the next five days, two groups every day for 5-10 days, and one group every day for 10-15 days.
