Field examination of Hunshandak sandland and horqin sandland vegetation growth and distribution characteristics, the sand of the arbor and irrigation tree species resources survey, grasp the distribution of tree species and growth of the actual situation, choose to determine the advantage of native tree species.
To study the conservation function and windproof sand-fixing role played by scrub sand piles in degraded ecosystems after the emergence of scrub phenomenon in desert grassland areas, three typical desert grassland scrubs of Hunshandak Sandy Land, namely, long-stalked lentil, small-leafed mallow, and narrow-leafed mallow, were taken as the objects of the study. We analyzed the morphological parameters of the three scrubs, the morphological parameters of the sand piles and the fractal dimension of the soil particles under the scrubs, and explored the morphological development of the sand piles and the characteristics of the soil particles, as well as the relationship between the morphological characteristics of the scrubs and the sand-fixing ability of the plants, and at the same time, we measured and analyzed the mechanical composition of the soil particles, the fractal dimension of the soil volume, and the characteristics of the vertical distribution of the soil nutrient content of the soil particles at the depth of the soil layer of 0-60 cm under the three scrubs to discuss At the same time, we measured and analyzed the mechanical composition of soil particles and the vertical distribution of soil volume fractal dimension and soil nutrient content in the 0~60 cm soil layer under the three types of scrub to explore the relationship between soil fractal characteristics and soil fertility after scrub fertilization, and to reveal the mechanism of survival and spread of scrub vegetation in desert grassland.
Soils under the scrub of four typical shrubs (small-leaved mallow, northeastern polygonum, yellow willow, and Artemisia scabra) in the semi-fluid sandy areas of Horqin Sandy Grassland were selected as the research objects to analyze the vertical distribution of carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus contents of the soil layers of the different shrub types, and their ecological stoichiometric ratios, as well as the correlation relationship between the indicators, to elucidate the impact of vegetation on soil nutrients of the different shrub types under the same environmental condition. In order to elucidate the influence and feedback capacity of different shrub types on soil nutrients under the same environmental conditions, and to provide guidance for desertification management and ecological restoration.

By measuring and analyzing the morphological parameters of the three types of thickets, the morphological parameters of the sand piles and the fractal dimension of soil particles under the thickets, we explored the development of the morphology of the sand piles and the composition of the soil particles, as well as the relationship with the morphological characteristics of the plant thickets and the sand-fixing capacity, and at the same time, we measured and analyzed the mechanical composition of the soil particles, the fractal dimension of the soil volume and the vertical distribution characteristics of the nutrient content of the soil particles in the soil depths of 0~60 cm under the three types of thickets. Vertical distribution characteristics of soil nutrient content were also determined and analyzed.
The soils under the thickets of four typical shrubs (small-leaved mallow, northeastern wood polygonum, yellow willow, and Artemisia scabra) in the semi-fluid sandy areas of the Horqin sandy land were selected as the research objects to analyze the characteristics of the vertical distributions of the carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus contents of the various layers of the soil of the different shrub types, as well as their eco-chemical stoichiometric ratios, and the correlation relationships among the indexes.
