A typical area of tall continuous flowing dunes along the Laoha River in western Naiman Banner was selected, and the plant community and soil properties of the area were investigated for eight different sand-fixing measures, such as natural restoration of the windward slopes, natural restoration of the leeward slopes, grass squares and Artemisia diffusa.
Plant community factors mainly include: species richness, species cover and species density. Soil property related factors mainly include: soil moisture content, soil organic carbon, soil total nitrogen content, sand, powder and clay.
The format of this dataset is excel, and the survey period is from 2017 to the end of August 2019.

From 2017 to the end of August 2019, plant species richness, species cover and species density, soil water content, organic carbon and total nitrogen content, and other factors were investigated under different sand-fixing measures in a typical tall continuous flowing dune along the Laoha River in western Naiman Banner.
