This data set is the geographic information data of lvergou watershed in the third sub region of Loess Hilly and gully region. The observation of soil and water loss in lvergou watershed started in 1964 and was set up according to the guiding ideology of "comparison before and after treatment". It is one of the longest built and best continuous observation basins in China. This data set includes the boundary information of the basin and the location information of the water and soil conservation observation facilities such as the watershed control station and rainfall station.

Remote sensing interpretation combined with manual investigation
The remote sensing image interpretation adopts man-machine interactive interpretation method, and carries out data processing according to the steps of establishing interpretation marks, indoor human-computer interactive interpretation, field verification, revision and digital map generation.
The interpretation quality control and results quality requirements are interpreted in strict accordance with the "technical specification for soil and water conservation monitoring" (sl277).
