This dataset was collected through field water sample collection from the Dahaize and Balasu mining areas in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, and tested in the laboratory. The dataset contains hydrochemical data from two study areas, the Dahaize mining area and the Balasu mining area. The main indicators include major eight ions, hydrogen and oxygen isotopes, tritium, soluble silica, pH, etc. There are a total of 39 sets of data.

Field sampling, indoor testing. The on-site parameters of water samples are tested in situ using a portable multi parameter tester (Manta 2.0) in the field, mainly including pH value, conductivity (CON), and temperature (T). The testing of other hydrochemical indicators was conducted at the Key Laboratory of Coal Mine Water Hazard Prevention and Control Technology in Shaanxi Province. Among them, the main cations and anions (Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+, NO3-, SO42-, Cl-) were determined by ion chromatography with a testing accuracy of 1%. HCO3-and CO32-are determined by conventional titration with hydrochloric acid. Total dissolved solids (TDS) are calculated. For the determination of stable isotopes of hydrogen and oxygen (δD andδ18O), liquid water isotope analyzer (LGR LWIA-24d) was used according to VSMOW standard, with testing accuracies of 0.21 ‰ and 0.04 ‰, respectively. The tritium isotope (3H) value was determined by liquid scintillation spectrometer (1220 Quantulus) electrolytic concentration method.
The data quality is good.
