Sanhuhekou hydrological station is located in Sanhu village, gongmiaozi Town, wulatqian banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Its geographical coordinates are 108 ° 46 ′ 27 "East diameter and 40 ° 36 ′ 19" north latitude. It is a national basic hydrological station and an important hydrological station, a national key flood reporting station, and an important control station of the main stream of the Yellow River. Observation items include water level, flow, sediment concentration, large section, water temperature, ice condition, etc. This data set is the observation data of large section, water level and flow of sanhuhekou station from 1960 to 2018. The flow corresponding to the flat water level of the station over the years is obtained through Manning formula calculation and measured data analysis. This data set contains an excel file with two columns, one is the year and the other is the annual flat discharge.

The data of this data set are all the data after analysis and calculation of the observation data of the hydrological station. The large section, water level and flow data of the hydrological station are observed in strict accordance with the observation specifications of the National Hydrological Station. The flow measurement equipment mainly includes the navigation phased array ADCP, SSZ ultrasonic depth sounder, handheld GPS flat-panel locator, intelligent flow recorder, flow meter, current meter, sounding rod, etc. The daily flow data of source data comes from the hydrological Yearbook published every year and is purchased from the Hydrological Bureau of the Yellow River Water Resources Commission.
The flat discharge is the discharge corresponding to the flat water level of a river section. The calculation method: (1) using Manning formula to deduce the section water level and discharge relationship of the hydrological station, so as to obtain the discharge corresponding to the flat water level; (2) The measured water level and flow data of the hydrological station are used to draw the measured water level and flow relationship of the section; The flat discharge of the station in a certain year is determined by comprehensive comparative analysis of the two methods.
The data of large section, water level and flow are measured by the professionals of the hydrological station and officially published after verification and compilation. Manning formula calculation and analysis are calculated by professional technicians and adopted after verification and review.
