Using sulfate as a simulation factor and Hydurs-1D software for numerical simulation, a continuous one-dimensional PRB mathematical model was established based on hydrodynamic dispersion theory. The leaching experiments of carbon steel slag and carbon steel slag particle ratio PRB were simulated and parameter determination was carried out. Five different widths of PRB were simulated to treat acidic old kiln water, and the operating period and optimal width of PRB for treating acidic old kiln water were clarified. The dataset contains a total of 10 sets of data, with 3600 data points per set.

Numerical simulation, generated independently.
Hydurs-1D software was used for numerical simulation, and the accuracy of the calculated output results was set to 0.001g/L.
The data quality is good.
