Datasets description

In 2011, Qilian station standard meteorological field manual observation data set, daily fixed time 8:00, 14:00, 20:00 manual observation of various meteorological elements, the observation time of this data set is 8:00, the observation items are dry bulb temperature, wet bulb temperature, maximum temperature, minimum temperature, ground temperature (0cm), ground temperature (5cm), ground temperature (10cm), ground temperature (15cm), ground temperature (20cm), ground temperature (ground minimum), ground temperature (5cm) Ground temperature (the highest on the ground). The artificial observation items of meteorological field in 2013 are the same as those in 2011, and the ground temperature (5cm, 10cm, 15cm, 20cm) is observed in some time periods.
