This dataset contains all eddy-related flux data of the Arou Freeze-Thaw Observatory from July 14, 2008 to April 30, 2012. The site is located in Wawangtan Ranch, Cao Daban Village, Arou Township, Qilian County, Qinghai Province, in the east-central region, with latitude and longitude of 100°27′52.9″E, 38°02′39.8″N, and altitude of 3032.8 m. The terrain around the test site is relatively flat and wide, with a slight slope down from southeast to northwest, which meets the requirements of the horizontal uniform subsurface in the near-terrestrial theory of the atmospheric boundary layer.
The following items were observed: horizontal wind speed Ux (m/s), horizontal wind speed Uy (m/s), vertical wind speed Uz (m/s), ultrasound temperature Ts (°C), carbon dioxide concentration (mg/m^3), water vapor concentration h2o (g/m^3), air pressure press (KPa) and ultrasound signal anomaly flag diag_csat. The height of the instrument stand was 3.15m, the distance between Li-7500 and CSAT3 was 22cm in azimuth, and the data sampling frequency was 10Hz per second. The ultrasound orientation is 86° azimuth, the distance between Li-7500 and CSAT3 is 22cm, and the data sampling frequency is 10Hz per second.
The data is released in three levels: level0 is the original instrument data; Level1 is the real-time output flux data of Campbell's own software, including sensible heat flux (HS) and latent heat flux (LE)_ WPL) and CO2 flux (FC_ wpl); Level2 is the post-processing 30 minute flux data. The processing process includes field point elimination, coordinate rotation, frequency response correction, WPL correction and preliminary quality control. The processed data is stored month by month in. CSV format. The naming rule is: site name + data level + EC + data date. It is recommended that ordinary users use level2 data.
