The satellite ground synchronous observation of ALOS PALSAR soil moisture was carried out in the intensive observation area of Linze station on June 10, 2008.
Alos PALSAR data is FBS mode, HH polarization mode, and the transit time is about 23:39bjt.
Soil moisture observation; Observation target: 0-5cm topsoil. Observation instrument: ring knife (volume 50cm ^ 3). Observation quadrats and sampling times: ly07 and ly08 quadrats (9 observations for each quadrat) under the seventh and eighth routes from east to west. See the metadata "Heihe comprehensive remote sensing joint test: layout of quadrats in the encrypted observation area of Linze station" for the distribution and number of quadrats, and see the quadrats coordinates.xls of the encrypted observation station of Linze station for the sample orientation. The pretreatment data is soil volume water content. Quadrat data storage: Excel
