Datasets description

 The dataset was obtained from national meteorological stations located in Harbin, Beijing, and Altay, with geographical locations of (45 ° 56 'N, 126 ° 34' E, 118 m a.s.l.), (39 ° 48 'N, 116 ° 28' E, 31 m a.s.l.), and (47 ° 44 'N, 88 ° 04' E, 735m a.s.l.), respectively. The meteorological elements were hourly temperature (℃) and downward shortwave radiation (W/m2).
