Datasets description

This data set includes the change data of glacier surface velocity since 2009, including an excel table data, which records the altitude, moving distance and moving speed of different observation points in detail. The data were collected by professionals from Institute of cold and arid environment and engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, State Key Laboratory of Cryosphere science and Qilian Mountain Glacier and ecological environment comprehensive observation and research station. The main collection indexes were name, spatial distance, observation period (days), average distance (cm / D), altitude and slope.
