This data set mainly includes ground penetrating radar observation and TDR moisture observation in the upstream cold region hydrological test area Aru encryption observation area from March 10 to June 19, 2008. This data can provide a basic ground data set for developing and verifying the inversion of soil moisture and freezing depth using GPR data. The observation time, place and contents of this data set are as follows:
