Datasets description

This data is the glacier movement measurement data of Baishui 1 glacier in Yulong Snow Mountain from 2011 to 2012. The velocity measurement of glaciers mainly uses Trimble hand-held geoxt (geoxoler 6000 Series) GPS. Its static observation rivers can reach sub meter level, and the error after post-processing is smaller, only ± 0.1M. The observation pole of Baishui No.1 glacier mainly includes the mainstream line and the edge of the glacier between 4600-4900m above sea level. The observation pole basically covers the observable area of the glacier, and the observation period is the same as the material balance pole.
