This data set includes the salinization data of the main stream of Tarim River in 2002 and 2004, two vector data files ztg04026f21220403a: 2002, ztg040226f21224003a: 2004, which reflect N40.3° and E81.5° of the main stream of Tarim River; Soil salinization in the spatial range of N41.4° and E84.0°; according to the soil salinization type code, the TM remote sensing image data of two periods (20022004) were preprocessed and manually interpreted and classified, and the results of field verification and high-precision verification were carried out. After field verification and high-precision verification, the error was corrected many times, and the verification rate was up to 90%. This data reflects the distribution of soil salinization and alkalization in the upper reaches of Tarim River caused by perennial irrigation and flood.

This data is the result of preprocessing and manual interpretation and classification of TM remote sensing image data obtained by data interpreters according to vegetation classification codes, and finally undergoing on-site verification and high-precision verification
After field verification and high-precision verification, the error has been corrected many times, and the verification rate is as high as 90%.
