After the lake water of Jinhai Lake was pre-treated by precision filtration-ultrafiltration, the pre-treated effluent was pumped by a high-pressure pump (CRN3-29, Grundfos) into the desalination system equipped with different numbers of nanofiltration membranes, which were made of commercialized polyamide 4040 rolled-type membrane modules (VNF2, Guiyang Times Walden Co., Ltd.). After the pressure and flow rate were stabilized for half an hour, water samples of produced water were collected, and the calcium and magnesium ion content was determined by a third-party testing organization to calculate the calcium and magnesium removal rate. The operating pressure was 1.3 MPa, the salt content of the influent water was 7.5 g/L, the water temperature was 30 ± 2°C, the influent flow rate was 2 m3/h, and the number of membrane modules was 6-8 pieces.
Calcium and magnesium ion content determination according to the “standard test methods for drinking water” GB/T 15452-2009 standard specification of the test method and process. Measurement is accurate to two decimal places. The removal rate of calcium and magnesium ions by nanofiltration desalination system is greater than 98.45% and 98.72% respectively, which reaches the assessment index of the task book.

Experimentally obtained.
Operating pressure of 1.3 MPa, inlet water salinity of 7.5 g/L, water temperature of 30 ± 2 ℃, inlet water flow rate of 2 m3/h under the conditions of collection of nanofiltration desalination water. The calcium and magnesium ion content of the lake water and nanofiltration produced water was measured by a third-party testing organization.
(1) Data production process: after the lake water of Jinhai Lake is pre-treated by precision filtration-ultrafiltration, the pre-treated effluent is pumped by a high-pressure pump (CRN3-29, Grundfos) into the desalination system equipped with different quantities of nano-filtration membranes, which are made of commercialized polyamide 4040 rolled membrane module (VNF2, Guiyang Times Walden Co., Ltd.). After the pressure and flow rate were stabilized for half an hour, water samples of produced water were collected, and the calcium and magnesium ion content was determined by a third-party testing organization to calculate the calcium and magnesium removal rate.
(2) Methods: operating pressure 1.3 MPa, influent salt content 7.5 g/L, water temperature 30 ± 2 ℃, influent flow rate 2 m3/h, the number of membrane modules for 6-8. Calcium and magnesium ion content determination according to the “standard test methods for drinking water” GB/T 15452-2009 standard specification test methods and processes. The measurement is accurate to two decimal places.
(3) Results: the removal rate of calcium and magnesium ions by the nanofiltration desalination system is greater than 98.45% and 98.72%, respectively, and reaches the assessment index of the task book.
