Climate change causes abnormal precipitation in extremely humid years, resulting in significant nitrogen loss and incorporation into aquatic ecosystems. This dataset integrates multiple global datasets, based on mature crop models and machine learning methods, to generate a dataset for reducing nitrogen loss under extreme humid conditions in wet years. It includes the original data source of the main text of the paper and charts, which can be used to explain climate extreme adaptive nitrogen regulation strategies (CLEANS), providing support for global scale nitrogen loss prevention and control, and has important reference value for ensuring food security and maintaining sustainable development of the global environment.
