Datasets description

This data set is the statistical data set of climate characteristics of the Loess Plateau in Qinghai, Gansu, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Shaanxi and Henan in 2001 and 2008, including the names of counties (districts and banners), rainfall, annual evaporation, temperature, dryness, average annual wind speed, days of strong wind, frost free period, annual sunshine hours, annual total radiation, etc There are 325 data and 322 data in 2008.
