The data are collected from Naqu alpine climate and environment observation and research station, Institute of cold and arid region environment and engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Observation elements: wind speed and direction of 3M; infrared ground temperature; soil temperature of 5cm and 10cm, soil volume water content and soil heat flux. Naming rules: wind speed (WS, M / s); wind direction (WD,); infrared ground temperature (TG, ℃); soil temperature (TS, ℃); soil volume water content (SWC,%); soil heat flux (SHF, w / m ^ 2).
