China's land cover reconstruction data is the fusion of multiple surface remote sensing data products to form land cover type data that is consistent with statistical data.
This data utilizes over 20 types of 30m resolution and 4 types of 10m resolution surface remote sensing data, and uses Bayesian model averaging method to match statistical data such as national forest resource inventory, national land survey, and land use change survey at the provincial level.
The data mainly consists of 7 types, including ice and snow and water bodies, bare land, built-up areas, forests, shrubs, farmland, and sparse vegetation. The built-up areas, forests, shrubs, and farmland have undergone statistical data constraints.
The final data space covers the entire territory of China, with a time span of 1985-2021, one data per year, a spatial resolution of 90m, and a projection format of Albers projection. Code that includes corresponding constraints.
