From 22:33 on March 16, 2008 to 15:00 on March 17, 2008, continuous observation with multi angle ground scatterometer was carried out in the north of arrou quadrat 3, mainly to observe the time series variation characteristics of backscattering coefficient caused by surface freezing and thawing cycle of arrou grassland.
Specifically, it includes: 0-5cm average soil temperature obtained by needle thermometer; Soil temperature at 5cm and 10cm measured by glass tube geothermometer; The real and imaginary parts of soil temperature, soil volume water content, loss tangent, soil conductivity and soil complex dielectric constant measured by pogo portable soil moisture sensor; And the soil weight water content, soil bulk density and volume water content obtained by drying 100cm ^ 3 ring knife soil. This data can provide a basic ground data set for the development and verification of active microwave remote sensing algorithm for retrieving soil moisture and freeze-thaw state.
