Datasets description

Daxigou meteorological station was established in June 1958, located in Urumqi County, Daxigou Tiangeer Peak hillside (Tianshan Urumqi River Source No. 1 glacier next to), elevation 3543.8 meters, is a national class of hardship station, mainly engaged in cloud physics experiments and climate monitoring. 1975 to Urumqi Meteorological Bureau management. 2007 in accordance with the requirements of the China Meteorological Administration business and technical system reform, renamed Daxigou National Meteorological Observation Second Grade Station. Xigou National Meteorological Observation Secondary Station. This dataset is mainly the average temperature data of Daxigou Meteorological Station and its observation time from 1996 to 2005. The data quality is good, which can be used as important information for the research on the balance of glacier materials and the mutual response of glacier and climate.
