This data set is the routine meteorological elements observation data of Nagqu, Tibet in 2010, including three layers of wind speed (0.91 / 5.02 / 10.36 m); one layer of wind direction (10.36 m); two layers of air temperature and humidity (8.41 / 1.03 m); air pressure; precipitation; snow depth; surface radiation temperature; four layers of soil temperature (4 / 10 / 20 / 40 cm); two layers of soil volume water content (4 / 20 cm); two layers of soil heat flux (10 / 20 cm) Four components of radiation.
