This dataset contains the overall planning and recent construction planning data of economic development zones within the Yellow River Basin at the provincial, municipal, and county levels for certain years between 2015 and 2019.
In order to standardize the development and utilization activities within the basin, control the intensity of development, and provide a basis for implementing comprehensive management of the entire basin, the "Planning" emphasizes the determination of 14 control indicators, including flood control (ice prevention) standards, designed discharge, ice prevention storage capacity, bankfull discharge, surface water usage, surface water consumption, groundwater extraction, water usage per 10,000 yuan of industrial added value, irrigation water use efficiency coefficients of large and medium-sized irrigation areas, water quality targets, COD discharge into rivers, ammonia nitrogen discharge into rivers, ecological environment water usage within river channels, and water discharge at cross-sections. These indicators serve as the "red lines" that cannot be crossed in economic and social development activities.
This dataset is primarily in Word format, with some accompanying source data website information. The overall planning and recent construction planning data of economic development zones within the Yellow River Basin at the provincial, municipal, and county levels are presented in folders.
The policy plans will undergo a refinement process to remove extraneous information.The purified text data, image data, etc., will be classified according to provinces, cities, and counties, and stored in corresponding folders. These folders will then be used as addresses and stored in an Excel table for easy viewing.
