From November 1985 to March 1986, the data of chlorophyll content in seawater from the Great Wall Bay, Antarctica were recorded. This data set includes the following contents: sampling time, location, sample type, depth(m), step(m), volume(L), filter membrane, chlorophyll-a(mg/m³), chlorophyll-b(mg/m³), chlorophyll-c(mg/m³), total amount (mg/m³), phaeo (mg/m³)
