& emsp; This dataset contains meteorological observation data for the Yanwachuan River Basin in 2023. The Yanwachuan River Basin is located in Xifeng District and Ning County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province. It is a right bank tributary of the Malian River in the Jinghe River Basin. The meteorological observation station of the basin is located in the Yanwachuan Station, and the observation elements include wind direction, wind speed, temperature, humidity, air pressure, evaporation, rainfall, soil temperature, soil moisture, and total radiation. The dataset includes daily report data (hourly), monthly report data (daily), and annual report data (monthly)
The meteorological park uses solid-state storage for temporary storage of data, and manual acquisition instruments are downloaded in batches on a regular basis.

In the process of compiling and inputting observation data, there are four levels of manual verification, namely tabulation, preliminary calibration, re calibration and audit, to ensure the data quality.
