This data set is the minute level data after sensitivity correction, thermal migration correction and long Dutton Shi method quality control (QC) based on the online radiation observation data at Shangdianzi Regional Atmospheric Background Station in Beijing in 2016. The hourly, daily, ten day and monthly average solar direct, scattering, total radiation, reflected radiation, atmospheric long wave radiation, earth long wave radiation and violet are obtained through synthetic calculation Average irradiance and exposure data of external radiation and effective photosynthetic radiation.

The data set consists of two timing data sets, local time (LCT) and Beijing time (BJT). The data format is the international hierarchical data format (HDF). The data set can represent the background situation of radiation in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region in 2016. After strict quality control, the statistical variables include the average value, standard deviation, the time when the maximum value and the maximum value appear.
Firstly, the minute level raw voltage signal data collected by the instrument is calibrated as irradiance data (w / m ^ 2) according to the sensitivity coefficient; then, the thermal offset correction is carried out to minimize the observation error caused by the temperature difference between the instrument cover and the detector of the radiometer; then, the long Dutton Shi method is used for quality inspection (QC) of the minute level radiation data and the quality evaluation is given Finally, referring to the relevant specifications and standards, hourly data is synthesized from minute level data, daily data is generated from hourly data, and ten day and monthly data sets are generated from daily data.
In addition to the invalid data of reflected radiation and earth long wave radiation due to the failure of acquisition program, the quality of other radiation data in this data set is better.
