From November 1985 to March 1986, the data of chlorophyll content in seawater from the Great Wall Bay, Antarctica were recorded. This data set includes the following contents: sampling time, location, sample type, depth (m), step (m), volume (L), filter membrane, chlorophyll-a (mg / m3), chlorophyll-b (mg / m3), chlorophyll-c (mg / m3), total amount (mg / m3), phaeo (mg / m3)
