This article discusses the mechanism of radiotherapy combined with immunity, and further clarifies the synergistic effect of radiotherapy and immunity. Through immunotherapy, the tumor microenvironment is changed and the sensitivity of radiotherapy is increased. CT, PET / CT and other imaging data were included to screen the icomic characteristic parameters of the efficacy and injury of radiotherapy combined with immunotherapy. The corresponding imaging examinations were performed before, during and after treatment. The imaging data were collected and the therapeutic efficacy and side effects were followed up.

This review will provide an update on the combination of radiotherapy and immunotherapy, careful interpretation of preliminary results, and future directions for radiologists to conduct well-designed clinical trials.
