A certain concentration of simulated water sample was prepared with diatomite and anti-corrosion emulsified oil. The treatment effects of PFS, P (am-dmdaac-odma) and composite flocculant on turbidity and oil content of simulated water sample were tested. The effects of flocculant dosage, temperature and pH on the treatment effect of simulated water sample were investigated respectively. In addition, the mine water from a coal mine in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province was taken to test the actual treatment effect of PFS, P (am-dmdaac-odma) and composite flocculant on mine water. The data set contains 296 data and 4 groups of data.

Indoor experiment, self generated.
The turbidity of the supernatant was tested by turbidimeter. The oil content is measured by the national standard hj970-2018 water quality - Determination of petroleum - UV spectrophotometry. First, transfer an appropriate amount of experimental samples to a 1000ml separating funnel, then measure 25ml n-hexane to wash the sampling bottle, transfer them all to the separating funnel, shake them fully for 2min, stand for stratification, and transfer all the lower aqueous phase to the beaker. Transfer the upper extract to a conical flask that has been added with 3G anhydrous sodium sulfate, close the cork, shake several times and stand still. Repeat the above steps to extract the lower aqueous phase in the beaker again to ensure that the oil in the aqueous phase is fully extracted. The absorbance of the sample was measured at the wavelength of 225 nm with an ultraviolet spectrophotometer. Set the blank group sample and repeat the above steps.
Good data quality.
