The developed fast - curing epoxy grouting material was tested for properties based on GB/T 2567 - 2021 and JC/T 1041 - 2007 . Tests included compressive strength (3 - day, 7 - day), tensile strength (7 - day), working time, and bond strength with concrete (7 - day, dry and wet surfaces). Results showed the material met or surpassed technical requirements. Notably, the 3 - day compressive strength reached 51MPa, exceeding the design standard for C40 concrete and common dam concrete.

Entrusted the Testing Institute of China Building Materials Group (Suzhou) with material property tests, following GB/T 2567-2021 (Test Methods for Resin Castings) and JC/T 1041-2007 (Epoxy Grouting Materials for Concrete Cracks). Testing equipment: computer - controlled electro - hydraulic universal testing machine and rotational viscometer.
In the mechanical tests, the measured data are the specimen dimensions and failure force value, from which the compressive strength is calculated mathematically. The working time is the duration until the rotational viscometer reading reaches 200 mPa·s, with no processing applied.
Compressive and tensile strengths and working time are rounded to whole numbers, while bond strength is rounded to one decimal place.
