This dataset is the spatial distribution data of the settlement oasis in the historical period of the Heihe River Basin. Based on historical documents, topographic maps and remote sensing images from the 1960s, the data on the distribution range and area of the ancient oasis in the Heihe River Basin from the Han Dynasty to the Republic of China were reconstructed using features such as settlements and irrigation canals.
