Datasets description

This data set contains the observation data of Tianshan Station from 1988 to 1998. The data content is mainly the material Equilibrium level zone. According to the research results of glacier material balance, people can deeply understand the expansion and retreat of glaciers, the change of snow line position, and then reveal the trend of climate fluctuations. On the basis of long-term observations of glacier material balance (such as 20 years or longer), it is also possible to predict glacier changes, mountain climate, river runoff patterns, and study the utilization of water resources
