& emsp; Collect the original data according to the camera location, use the Bio-photo V2.1 software to extract the basic information of photos and videos and generate Excel tables, identify the species according to the identification of the bird and animal species identification manual, calculate the relative abundance index, and determine the protection level and IUCN endangered level, and finally form the bird and animal species list in Qilian County of Qilian Mountain National Park based on the infrared camera technology.
& emsp; During the investigation, according to the monitoring specifications of infrared cameras for wild animals in the field, the infrared cameras were deployed by combining the random deployment method and the kilometer grid method to find the traces of wild animals. The original data were collected every 3-4 months and the camera was maintained. The camera sites that were not monitored well were replaced in time. The identification of bird and animal species mainly refers to the "China Wild Animal Handbook" and "China Wild Bird Handbook"; The classification system is based on the Chinese Mammals List (2021) and the Chinese Bird Classification and Distribution List (3rd Edition); The definition of protection level shall refer to the List of National Key Protected Wildlife and the List of Terrestrial Wildlife Beneficial to National Protection or of Important Economic and Scientific Research Value published by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the State Forestry and Grassland Administration (No. 3, 2021); The IUCN (World Conservation Union) endangered level refers to the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species. Finally, the list of bird and animal species in Qilian County of Qilian Mountain National Park will be formed.
