This data includes monthly and annual runoff data of Juyanhai hydrological patrol station in Heihe River Basin from 2003 to 2016. The station was built on June 25, 2003 and is located 25 km upstream of the lake inlet. The riverbed at the basic section is straight, and there is no obvious scouring on both banks. The section spacing of buoys at the upper, middle and lower reaches is 50m. At present, the test items are water level and flow
