This data includes monthly and annual runoff data of shaomaying hydrological station in Heihe River Basin from 1998 to 2016. Founded in 1997, shaomaying hydrometric station is located 400 meters upstream of dashuli railway bridge in Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center. It is a provincial boundary station for the diversion of water from Gansu to Mongolia and undertakes the task of monitoring the total water volume of Heihe River entering Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

At present, the water level is observed manually and the flow is measured by hydrological cable car p>
According to the code for river flow measurement (gb50179-2015), this data is collected by the runoff data researchers of hydrological stations through real-time observation data p>
The standards are water level observation standard, river flow test specification, river suspended sediment test specification, hydrological test manual, precipitation observation specification and other specifications. The data source is reliable and the data quality is good p>
